The location of this hotel was fantastic with lots of eateries and shopping nearby even in enclosed areas. the rooms were clean with some modern amenities like electronic bidet and free Wi-Fi, but were smallish and basic. the staff were friendly and caring with a refreshment room available near the lift.

Totally great experience. Located within 20 minutes' drive from Lam Tsuen Wishing Tree. Vienna Bar, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. Luohu is a district that deserves exploring

the hotel is in the shopping district. location, short way from all attractions. the restaurant was located within 800 feet. 20 minutes walk from the train station.

We recently had a romantic escape in Shenzhen and stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and clean amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi connection in the room, which allowed us to stay connected and share our beautiful moments. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, as it was in the middle of the commercial and shopping district. We enjoyed exploring the nearby eateries and shops, and even indulged in some well-deserved retail therapy. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the hotel signage was not easily visible, and we had some difficulty finding the exact location.

Noisy and not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide good sound insulation, and guests could hear street noise throughout the night.
